Our client is seeking a Sr. Agile Program Manager to direct the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise-scale Agile programs spanning multiple business units, platforms, and value streams. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring enterprise initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and delivered in accordance with EPMO standards and Agile best practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's Lead for Targetprocess administration, adoption, maturity, and continuous evolution.
- Ensure Targetprocess effectively supports portfolio management, Agile delivery, capacity planning, and reporting across the enterprise.
- Drive process improvements, governance standards, training, and platform enhancements to increase Agile maturity.
- Own and facilitate the enterprise project and portfolio intake process from initiation through approval.
- Partner with EPMO Leadership, enterprise Agile coaches, and delivery teams to strengthen Agile practices and improve portfolio visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, governing, and optimizing Targetprocess.
- Experience managing portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, and capacity planning.
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across organizational levels including executive leadership.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience managing enterprise portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks.
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Mural, Jira, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot.
