Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution, planning, and coordination across multiple workstreams within a large enterprise program. This role will focus on maintaining an integrated project plan, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring strong governance and communication with leadership. The PM will serve as a central coordination point across technical and business teams, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through cutover and stabilization, without owning solution decisions.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience (enterprise-scale programs).
• Expertise in project planning and scheduling (integrated plans, milestones, critical paths).
• Proven ability in tracking execution and overseeing delivery.
• Experience managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) logs.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Experience with governance cadence (status reporting, steering committees, dashboards).
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Testing, Business, Change Management).
• Knowledge of scope and change management processes.
• Experience supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in maintaining project documentation and audit readiness.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in data engineering or data transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile/PI planning environments.
• Background in testing lifecycle management (SIT/UAT).
• Exposure to change management and adoption workstreams.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream program delivery.
  
  

This is a 24-month Contract with the potential to extend with our KS client.
