Requirements
- Strong project management experience (enterprise-scale programs).
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling (integrated plans, milestones, critical paths).
- Proven ability in tracking execution and overseeing delivery.
- Experience managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) logs.
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
- Experience with governance cadence (status reporting, steering committees, dashboards).
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Testing, Business, Change Management).
- Knowledge of scope and change management processes.
- Experience supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in maintaining project documentation and audit readiness.
- Experience in data engineering or data transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile/PI planning environments.
- Background in testing lifecycle management (SIT/UAT).
- Exposure to change management and adoption workstreams.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream program delivery.
