The IT Project Manager will lead project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, guiding teams through execution while ensuring transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practice and principles.
- Drive projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Escalate risks, issues, and impediments appropriately.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project artifacts including release logs, issue logs, schedules, agendas, and meeting notes.
- Monitor team performance and support corrective actions when needed.
- Improve communication and visibility across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Agile or project management certifications including CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or PSM.
