Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Summary

The Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer will lead the configuration, integration, and enhancement of Guidewire PolicyCenter platforms within an enterprise P&C insurance environment. This position will design scalable solutions, support complex system integrations, and partner closely with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality policy administration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend PolicyCenter workflows, data models, and user experiences.
• Build reusable components and development frameworks.
• Design and support integrations across policy, billing, claims, and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain API and messaging-based data exchanges.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and configuration designs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 8 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.
• Strong background in P&C insurance systems.
• Proficiency in Gosu and Java development.
• Experience building SOAP and REST integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  
  

Preferred

• Guidewire certifications.
• Experience with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
