What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at TriCom Technical Services?
Summary
We are seeking a strong, inquisitive Business Analyst to join our team as we move into the next phase of our enterprise CRM implementation. This Business Analyst will work iteratively with business and IT stakeholders, as well as offshore vendor teams, to define, clarify, and refine requirements. This role is less about deep CRM expertise and more about being a true BA — someone who knows how to elicit, visualize, and communicate requirements clearly across multiple teams and personalities.
Who You Are – A curious, thoughtful BA who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. You know how to listen first, ask the right questions, and “shine a light” on gaps and opportunities. You value clarity over control, and you know how to keep projects moving without overstepping roles. You bring energy, candor, and empathy to every conversation while helping others think more strategically about what they need and why.
Team & Culture – We are a small, but creative and dynamic team, led by a highly supportive leader who values collaboration, open communication, and fun. Our structure is flexible; we borrow resources from different areas as needed, so no two days look the same. You will have the latitude to influence how requirements are gathered and delivered while having access to peers who “speak BA” and can help you navigate the environment.
Atmosphere – Open, engaging, and team-oriented.
