We are seeking a Level II Automation QA Tester with strong, hands-on automation experience in Tosca to support a diverse portfolio of applications. This role requires someone who has successfully tested multiple products simultaneously and understands how to prioritize testing efforts across a broad and active user base. This automation QA Tester will work closely with multiple product and development teams supporting approximately 20 .NET applications including both internal-facing systems and customer-facing platforms. While some applications are internal, they support over 1K daily users, making test quality and efficiency critical. They will work from home primarily, with on-site attendance required for critical meetings and collaboration sessions. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful impact across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment supporting a broad and diverse application landscape.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, with a focus on maintainability and efficiency.
- Support multiple applications concurrently, collaborating with different product teams responsible for distinct systems.
- Create lean, high-value test cases, identifying critical paths and minimum viable test coverage rather than exhaustive or redundant testing.
- Validate functionality across both internal enterprise applications and customer-facing platforms.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and critical testing discussions.
- Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers and product owners to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, automation standards, and testing strategies.
- 3–5 years of professional QA experience with a strong emphasis on test automation.
- 1 year of recent, consistent hands-on experience with Tosca.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple applications/products at the same time (this is critical).
- Experience testing .NET-based applications.
- Solid understanding of test design principles including risk-based testing and critical-path identification.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in environments with large internal user populations (enterprise-scale internal systems).
- Background working in hybrid or distributed teams.
