Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise business applications across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security within applications.
- Monitor application health, performance, and scheduled jobs.
- Perform application upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues at L2/L3 levels.
- Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Create and maintain application documentation and support runbooks.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, development, and vendor teams.
- Support SQL Server job monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Participate in light on-call or after-hours support rotations as needed.
- 3 years of experience in application administration or systems administration.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows server administration.
- Experience managing Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) users and groups.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience using PowerShell for automation or administrative tasks.
- Experience supporting commercial or internally developed business applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL-style incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
