AI Automation & Integration Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Automation & Integration Analyst to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered workflow automation that streamlines operations and delivers measurable business value. This position will involve collaborating with business units to identify automation opportunities, build scalable solutions, and maintain system integrations. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing existing automations, providing technical guidance, and incorporating emerging technologies like LLMs and RPA platforms to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows, scripts, and tools.
• Build and maintain API and database connections; write SQL for optimization.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation reliability and performance.
• Work with SMEs to map processes and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies for automation and integration.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in automation development or systems integration.
• Proficiency in RPA tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio), scripting (Python, PowerShell), and SQL.
• Solid understanding of APIs, workflow platforms, and security best practices.
• An analytical mindset with process mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
