Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows, scripts, and tools.
- Build and maintain API and database connections; write SQL for optimization.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation reliability and performance.
- Work with SMEs to map processes and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies for automation and integration.
- 2-4 years of experience in automation development or systems integration.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio), scripting (Python, PowerShell), and SQL.
- Solid understanding of APIs, workflow platforms, and security best practices.
