Overview
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment while assisting with various construction and site development activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction and site development projects
- Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools, safely, and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Work effectively with supervisors, foreman, equipment operators, and crew members with a positive attitude
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-5 years construction or labor experience required
- Ability to work outdoors with varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
