Responsibilities
- Form, pour, finish, and repair concrete.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and underground utility installation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Set forms, place rebar, and assist with concrete placement and finishing.
- Perform general labor duties while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Follow safety procedures and work effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required.
- Concrete experience is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work long hours when needed.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
