Overview
We are looking for a sales person to meet with potential clients at Their homes or businesses. BRK Concrete & Hardscapes specializes in smaller scale concrete projects with a focus on high quality, decorative Hardscapes. We work with clients in all of Volusia County as well as some parts of Seminole and Lake Counties. This is a commission only position with uncapped earning potential. Leads are provided but we Encourage you to seek out clients on your own AND we pay more for clients you find.
Duties
- Follow leads provided to you via phone calls, emails, text messages
- Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients at their locations to present products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Seek out new clients and potential projects
- Collaborate with the company owner to strategize on direct sales approaches and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell clients on decorative concrete products and services
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in field sales, with homeowners. Construction sales preferred.
- Strong skills in communication and direct sales techniques.
- Must have basic construction knowledge, ability to take measurements and calculate square footage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. .
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must have a Drivers license, reliable vehicle to run sales calls. A company car will be provided after 90 days.
