Sales Rep/ Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will manage multiple projects from initial consultation through installation, ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Manage projects from initial design concepts to final installation, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Negotiate deals effectively with clients while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
• Use CRM systems to track client interactions, project progress, and sales pipeline activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding our client base in the renovation and construction sectors
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform basic math calculations for quotes and invoices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales within renovation, construction, or lighting industries; interior design or remodeling experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment
• Under stand and read
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse client engagement
• Knowledge of construction processes, remodeling techniques, fixture sales, and maintenance services
• Ability to read blueprints or layout designs; experience with technical drawings is preferred
• Customer relationship building expertise with a focus on high-end clientele and retail environments
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for pricing estimates, quotes, and inventory management
• Experience using CRM systems for account management and marketing outreach
• Valid experience in retail sales or inside sales roles; familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
