We're Hiring: IT Technician
Location: Cameron, LA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Coordinate technical requests with third-party IT providers.
- Train employees on new applications and devices.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements:
- 2 years of help desk or IT support experience in a macOS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Apple devices, macOS, and Windows/Microsoft systems.
- Apple certifications are a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Apple Store Genius experience is highly desirable.
