We’re Hiring: Hotel General Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and maintain brand standards.
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, expenses, and overall profitability.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing and yield management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel teams and department heads.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, renovations, and capital projects.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and GOP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and revenue management skills.
- Knowledge of key hotel performance metrics, including Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), Gross Operating Profit (GOP), and Cost per Occupied Room (CPOR).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel accounting and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
