What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations: Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
- Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare apartments for new tenants: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
- Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.
- Knowledge: 1 years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
- Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
- Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
- Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
