Tribeca Cabinetry and St Martin America Cabinetry is looking for a detail-orientated Logistics Executive Assistant to support our shipping and transportation operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the flow of freight, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and acting as a liaison between carriers, vendors and customers, This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, delivering kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities to our customers across 4 warehouse locations located in PA, NJ, FL and MD.
We are located in Middle River, MD and we have been in business for just over a decade. We are rapidly expanding for the needs of our customer base. As a semi-custom cabinetry company, we are looking to take the company to the next level by providing timely deliveries using our own fleet of trucks as well as TL and LTL.

Job Duties Include:
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, review and file shipping documents, including bill of lading, and freight invoices
- Freight Management: Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers. Track and trace shipments updating managers and dealers. Maintain a schedule of company vehicle maintenance and compliance.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams and customers to resolve all logistics issues. Oversee communication and scheduling of drivers.
- Operational Support: Audit freight invoices for accuracy to ensure proper vendor payment and monitor profit and loss data on individual shipments
- Safety & Compliance: ensure all shipments on company fleet comply with DOT regulations and company procedures
- Logistics Optimization: optimize routing and manage unforeseen logistical challenges and provide communication to managers.
- Outside of the box thinking to coordinate last minute changes
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, logistics or transportation
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excell, word) and data entry
· Familiarity with shipping procedures, freight handling and transportation and DOT regulations
· Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously
· Associates degree or higher preferred
