An opportunity has become available to join our Baltimore, MD based ops team as a Logistics Specialist.
About the role:
· Based at our combined 60,000 sq. ft. sites in Baltimore, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers, taking ownership of their service experience, while building strong relationships along the way.
· Your day to day responsibilities will consist of tracking, tracing, data entry, quoting and any other tasks necessary on a day to day basis.
· This includes keeping in constant contact with both our own sales team, customers and other office personnel.
About the candidate:
· A strong understanding of the fundamentals of domestic transport, preferably in customer service.
· Suburb organization, written and verbal communication skills.
· The ability to work effectively as part of team, and to relate to a wide variety of people.
· The confidence to roll with the punches and embrace a fast paced and ever-changing environment while keeping a smile on your face.
