- Provide direct care coverage, responding to individual issues, between 11:00p.m. and 9:00a.m. on scheduled nights/mornings and as required by Program Manager.
- Responsible for calling or coming in shortly before 11:00p.m. for an update of program status.
- Know emergency procedures and basic emergency facts regarding all individual living at the location where coverage is provided.
- If Med Certified, dispense medications as prescribed.
- Additional duties as assigned by Program Manager as needed
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid MA license, availability of vehicle
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members.
