Position Summary
The Door-to-Door Sales Representative promotes high-speed internet and related services directly to residential customers. This role involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods, engaging prospective customers, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories to generate new customers
- Educate homeowners and residents on available internet and bundled service options
- Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and service features to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately complete and submit sales orders and required documentation
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
- Track daily activities, leads, and results using company systems or tools
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Acceptable driving record required
- Personal vehicle required for use in the field
