- Job Title: Credentialing Associate (EntryLevel)
- Pay Range: $17$18/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Credentialing Associate to support our growing team with onboarding, compliance, and credentialing processes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR while gaining hands-on experience in high-volume, administrative HR functions.
This position is heavily administrative and requires someone who can manage a fast-paced workload, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, including collecting and verifying new hire documentation
- Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verification processes
- Track and follow up on outstanding credentialing and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Ensure all onboarding and credentialing files meet company and regulatory compliance standards
- Prepare and process HRrelated paperwork (new hires, terminations, status changes, etc.)
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and internal record reviews
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 02 years of administrative, HR, or credentialing experience
- Experience with onboarding, background checks, or healthcare/education credentialing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a highvolume workload and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and followup skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
