Human Resources Manager
Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with Manufacturing background, who is passionate about building a high-performing workforce and creating a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Manager will lead key HR initiatives that support our employees and business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR operations while fostering a positive, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, HR policies, and employee programs.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
- Administer compensation, benefits, salary reviews, and pay structure recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records.
- Conduct workplace investigations, manage employee concerns, and support conflict resolution.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims, OSHA logs, and related reporting requirements.
- Manage HRIS records, personnel files, and reporting to support business operations.
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise HR staff while driving continuous process improvements.
- Support additional HR projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years within Human Resources to include 3 years within management
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
