Decor IQ and Envirolume are looking for an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead and modernize our
people operations while partnering directly with executive leadership to help scale two growing companies.
This is not a traditional HR Manager role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, coaching leaders, solving problems, and building an HR
organization that supports long-term growth. You'll work directly with our CFO and leadership team to develop the people, processes,
and systems that enable our organization to continue growing.
Decor IQ and Envirolume employ approximately 40 full-time employees and expand to more than 200 employees during our
seasonal operations, creating a unique and rewarding leadership opportunity.

What You'll Do
As our Human Resources & Administration Manager, you will lead the company's HR strategy and administrative operations while
supporting leaders across every department.
You'll be responsible for:
• Leading all Human Resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and people initiatives
• Developing recruiting strategies for both year-round and seasonal hiring
• Overseeing payroll administration, benefits, HRIS, employee records, and HR compliance
• Managing our H-2B workforce program and seasonal workforce planning
• Building scalable HR systems, policies, SOPs, and administrative processes
• Coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
• Improving HR reporting, KPIs, compliance programs, and organizational processes
• Partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Supervising and developing our HR & Administrative Specialist
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
• Build scalable HR systems that support a workforce of more than 200 seasonal employees
• Improve recruiting and onboarding processes
• Successfully manage our H-2B workforce program
• Develop managers into stronger leaders
• Improve compliance and HR reporting
• Reduce administrative burden by improving processes and systems
• Help build the infrastructure needed for continued company growth
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• At least 3 years leading an HR function or managing an HR team
• Experience leading HR operations including recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting project-based service, construction, manufacturing, or distribution organizations
• Multi-state HR experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• H-2B experience is highly preferred (we will train the right candidate)
