Job Title: Manual Tester Apple Hardware
Location: New York City (NYC)
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with hands-on experience in testing Apple hardware devices such as iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual testing, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to quickly understand and execute complex test cases.
- Experience in finance or payments-related applications is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing on Apple devices including iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad
- Execute complex test cases and scenarios with high accuracy
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Validate device functionality across different stages of the device lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Prepare detailed test documentation, reports, and test cases
- Quickly ramp up on new features, devices, and testing requirements
- Ensure a seamless user experience across hardware and software integrations
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in manual testing
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware/device testing
- Basic understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS/macOS)
- Familiarity with device lifecycle testing
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
