Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Location: 9063 Bee Caves Road, Austin, Texas
Responsibilities
- Project Administration Support
- Assignment of testing per scope quoted by Project Management Team
- Accurate conversion of Sales Orders to sales order shipments
- Ensure accurate capture of shipping costs within projects
- Monitor of Purchase Order status within the life of a project
- Management of Data Entry Specialist(s)
- Review and verify data during entry
- Ensure accuracy of data entered
- Monitor daily volume of reporting
- Ensure high volume of data entry is completed on a consistent basis
- Data Entry – Daily Support
- Manual data entry in a timely and precise manner
- Ten-Key proficiency with Accuracy and Speed
- Entry of data into excel template in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Review and verify data prior and during entry
- Perform high volume data entry work
- General Administrative Tasks
- Reception of general incoming calls
- Reception of visitors to the facility
- Digitization of Paper Data Sheets
- Digitizing, copying, filing and other general physical/digital file clerical duties
- Pursuit of additional work
- Perform other duties as needed

Requirements
- Experience with shipping and receiving documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel with competency in formatting and fundamental formulas
- HS Diploma or equivalent with an Associates Preferred
- Ability to manipulate physical file folders and boxes
- Very punctual and on time at all times
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Good follow through and momentum with assigned tasks
- Good communication skills
- Strong pursuit of additional work
