Job Summary
- Safety company (Not SK Electric) is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at an active construction project site. This role requires strong bilingual communication (Korean and English), excellent organizational skills, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to project teams and management
- Maintain documentation, safety records, and filing systems
- Support communication between Korean- and English-speaking personnel
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Assist with onboarding, orientation scheduling, and training records
- Coordinate meetings and track action items
- Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and reporting
- Bilingual (Korean & English) – required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction or industrial environment
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $23/hour
- Full-time, on-site position
- 5 hours of overtime per week expected
- Performance review after 90 days
