• SUPERVISION: Hire, mentor, train, supervise, and motivate a high performing team of One Stop Specialists dedicated to holistic student development and providing excellent customer service to students, prospective students, parents, colleagues, and the community.
• LEADERSHIP: Provide leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated one-stop services. Collaboratively develop integrated, outcomes-based student services and processes at all campuses that provides students with seamless navigation of Admissions, Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, Advising, and Business Office programs and processes.
• SERVICE ASSESSMENT: Ensure effective provision of service and support to students and employees by collaboratively designing and assessing service delivery standards, metrics, and protocols. Use performance metrics to inform decisions and maintain high quality service levels. Identify inefficiencies to promote operational excellence and implement process and service improvements for students and the College community. Serve as an integral member of the College’s Service Excellence Team.
• TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT: Set baseline knowledge standards for TC Central and Enrollment Services Professionals. Based on identified standards, develop and deliver trainings to current staff and support the onboarding of new staff across Enrollment Services in developing the appropriate baseline knowledge. Maintain and update knowledge standards for staff and provide regular cadence of refresher trainings based on calendar of needs.
• COLLABORATION: Actively engage with departments throughout the college (community campuses, CCE, academic divisions, etc) to support inter-departmental communication and collaboration on department needs, identification of process improvements, and impact on students
• OTHER: Represents the department and/or college on State or College committees and peer groups and participates in professional development activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: This position requires a highly collaborative approach to service delivery and interaction with cross-divisional offices. The employee must possess excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills; possess a comprehensive knowledge of customer service and service delivery standards; able to develop and deliver training content; able to relate well to persons from different backgrounds; able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, campus partners and the general public; ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional: Working beyond 40 hours per week during peak periods may be expected. Occasional evenings and weekend commitments and/or travel may be required. May be required to travel between TCTC campuses.
