Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Appointment Coordinator:
- Responsible for helping Service Advisors incoming and outgoing Service calls
- Scheduling Pickup/Delivery customers
- Verify customer information and assist the customer in setting an appointment to address their service needs.
- Scheduling Mobile Service Appointments
- Assisting in delivering vehicles to customers houses
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for the Service Appointment Coordinator:
- Basic skills with computer and other office machines.
- Professional personal appearance.

- Ability to work well with customers and present a friendly, helpful attitude at all times.
