What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency
- Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels
- Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels
- Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments
- Ensure service employees receive proper training and development
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Preferred: Experience in management and sales
- Strongly preferred: Previous experience in the tire industry
- Ability to read and verify work order details accurately
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
- Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
