Annual Salary: $50,000.00 plus potential bonuses of $8,800.00
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 paid after completion of 6 months
Liberty Food Service Inc. is a family owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services in packing plants. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, experienced Food Service Manager for our Louisville, KY location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standards
- Manage operational numbers such as, sales, food cost, and labor percent
- Hiring and training cafeteria workers
- Running daily / weekly computer reports
- Taking accurate monthly inventories
- Taking bank deposits
- Preparing work schedules for employees
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous experience in food service management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Food safety certification
- Valid USA driver's license required
- Must be 18 years or older
