The Receptionist acts as a communication link between the customer and our industry-leading Ford Dealership. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring a high-volume of inbound calls with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities
- Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
- Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail or customer service is preferred.
