We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented College Intern to support our Project Management Office (PMO) through the use of AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience supporting project managers, streamlining operational tasks, and contributing to a meaningful capstone project that drives efficiency and innovation.
This position offers an hourly rate of $19 and is located at our Roseville corporate office.

Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, automation platforms) to draft project updates, meeting summaries, and status report
- Support project managers by automating routine PMO tasks (data cleanup, formatting, progress tracking)
- Participate in process improvement initiatives using AI/Robotics/Automation to recommend efficiencies and standardization
- Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and project records
- Complete a summer intern capstone project
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
