This position is located in-office at our Bank Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI.
Compensation $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.

- Manage, coordinate, and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including and monitoring of key dates / deliverables and accountabilities.
- Execute all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel, expense submission, email monitoring) in seamless fashion, with a high-level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional service experience through quality of work and positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
- Engage with all departments and staff representing the CEO and ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Plan and coordinate key executive and department events.
- Creates and develops executive-level materials, documents, presentations, and projects.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Handle and prioritize confidential requests and queries appropriately.
- Perform occasional special projects as required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
- Work requires the level of general educational development normally acquired in high school plus basic technical knowledge such as that which would be acquired in the first year of college, technical school or business school.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of work.
- Ability to proofread, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Exercise good judgement.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
