Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a 680-unit community
- This role is responsible for delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards
• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned property
• Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory
• Conduct regular property inspections• Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning
• Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets
• Analyze market trends and competitive properties
• Conduct move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• Plan and execute resident community events
• Monitor resident feedback and online reputation• Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes
