Role Overview:
A leading global asset manager is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Investment Guideline Oversight team, supporting a broad range of private markets strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of investment guidelines across public and private markets strategies
- Utilize BlackRock Aladdin Compliance Workbench to perform pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring, including rule interpretation, alert review, and breach investigation
- Review and interpret client mandates, prospectuses, LPAs, and side letters, translating requirements into actionable compliance rules and monitoring processes
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure alignment of investment activity with applicable restrictions
- Investigate and resolve compliance alerts and exceptions, escalating issues where necessary and driving timely remediation
- Perform ongoing and periodic portfolio reviews, leveraging portfolio data, financial statements, and internal systems
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience within asset management, private markets, Aladdin, or a related field
- Exposure to private equity, private credit, or alternative investment strategies
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
