Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in real estate fundraising, investor relations, private equity, or capital markets.
- Strong network of family offices, private investors, lenders, and institutional capital sources.
- Experience raising capital for commercial real estate projects or investment funds.
- Knowledge of multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with SEC/private placement regulations is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
