Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore Metro and Bel Air, MD for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, managing client relationships, and providing market evaluations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, preparing market analyses, attending closings, and actively generating new leads through various marketing and networking activities. Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management, including familiarity with market trends and regulations
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and meet their needs effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve goals
- Experience in technology platforms used in real estate transactions is a plus
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
