What You’ll Do
- Manage Leads: Follow up with inbound buyer leads and nurture relationships.
- Consult & Show: Guide buyers through needs assessments, property tours, and open houses.
- Negotiate & Close: Write and negotiate offers, manage transactions, and partner with escrow/title/lender.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching/script practice sessions.
What You Need to Succeed
- License: Active and unrestricted Maryland Real Estate License (or ability to transfer).
- Drive: A hungry, coachable, and "go-getter" mentality.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and basic tech/CRM proficiency.
- Experience: 1–3 years of residential real estate sales or a strong proven sales background.
