We are seeking a talented individual who is driven, ambitious, and possesses an outgoing personality. • With 18 offices spread across the DC Metro Area, serving clients in DC, MD, VA, and WV, MBH boasts one of the largest footprints in the region.
• MBH has successfully completed over 250,000 settlements serving commercial and residential clients with a wide breadth of services.

The Real Estate Settlement Agent will conduct closings for the Annapolis market. Successfully manage the closing experience to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and ensure the quality and completeness of settlement documents. Pro-actively review and resolve issues with participants before the closing. Closings may be handled outside traditional office hours and in various offices or locations. Also, participate in marketing/business development efforts, some events may require attendance outside traditional office hours. Regular travel required for closings and marketing events.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of title related experience required which includes experience conducting settlements.

· Must possess title producer license for Virginia.

· Proficiency in using computer, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

· Must be able to satisfactory pass a background.

· Familiarity with title software is preferred.
