Role Description This contract Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Easton, MD, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing client relationships, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through the full buying and selling process. The role involves preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase contracts, performing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and local market conditions. Real Estate Agents will collaborate with the Coldwell Banker Chesapeake team to implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinate inspections and closings, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. Qualifications
