Location: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to support a retail location in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment in a public-facing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter theft, disturbances, and unsafe behavior
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Monitor activity and identify potential security or safety risks
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and service calls
- Provide assistance, directions, and support to customers and store staff
- Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Follow post orders and enforce site policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Washington State Security Guard License (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security experience in retail, corporate, or public-facing environments
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Military or public safety background
