Job Overview;
We seek a motivated Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in tech SaaS. In this role, you will work on various products and features for our identity data solutions business, serving enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, followed by continuous analysis and optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities that inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product success post-launch.
- Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate and improve product performance.
- Engage with key stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and customer needs.
- Organize and prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and market changes.
- Oversee and coordinate product rollouts and releases, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
- Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, to promote the product's vision, features, and benefits.
Requirements:
- 3 years of product or program management experience, preferably in a tech SaaS company
- Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or an equivalent role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done.
- High affinity towards data and technology with the ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Strong empathy for customers and an unwavering desire to deliver value
