## Facility and Equipment Maintenance
- Assist in repair and maintenance of:
- HVAC systems
- Carpentry and machine shop equipment
- Electrical systems
- General facilities maintenance
- Replace electrical receptacles, switches, wiring, fixtures, and motors
- Repair damaged flooring, tiles, and wall paneling
- Perform maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
- Perform sheet metal and fabrication duties
- Complete special projects and assignments as needed
