✨ Summary

Join Tresco, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in our Children’s Services program! This role plays a key part in promoting timely, effective, and efficient flow of information in alignment with Tresco’s policies, state and federal laws, and regulatory guidelines. You’ll be at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly while making a positive impact in the community.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll:

• Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

• Manage phone calls, take accurate messages, and schedule appointments.

• Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.

• Process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and ensure timely distribution.

• Support word processing, scanning, and document uploads.

• Coordinate meetings, maintain office supplies, and assist with various projects.

• Ensure compliance with Tresco’s policies, including confidentiality and professionalism.

🎓 Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one year of post-secondary education and one year of office experience, OR equivalent combination of two years’ education/experience.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Must pass required background checks (general background, fingerprinting, MVR, OIG/CMMS exclusions list).

✅ Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in both independent and team settings.
