Basic Operations:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Process Element task is covered by basic labor. Therefore, no skills required jobs include packaging, transporting , installing rolls on the machine, unwinding the roll, cutting the roll, making entries of rolls entering the warehouse, pouring raw materials into the machine hopper, crimping, filling and transporting agglomerate sacks, taking manufactured products to the product warehouse by reading their barcodes, arranging product packages in the warehouse, loading and unloading products and other equivalent jobs of a similar nature.
• Ensuring that production is carried out in accordance with the production schedule.
• To ensure that the products produced are made in accordance with the quality plan.
• To notify the superior of events that may disrupt the production.
• Not to reduce the production speed below the standards.
• To inform his superior about the deficiencies or non-conformities he has detected in the machines.
• To ensure that the package quantities are accurate and error-free during the production period.
• To make sure the machine, the tables and machine surfaces are clean.
• To comply with the warning signs on the machines.
• To use the occupational safety and hygiene equipment required by the job.
• Checking the entering part of the packages after gluing, making sure there are no openings left
• The packaging staff, along with the machine operators, are also responsible for the removal of hairs, flies, insects and foreign substances from the inside of the packages.
• To deliver the completed pallets to the product warehouse.
• To use the packer machine for the packaging of the working product if it is suitable, to inform the superiors if it is not suitable and to ensure that the settings are made.
• When placing packages on the pallet, pay attention to the way they are placed on the pallet and the number of packages that should be on the pallet.
• Arrange around the packaging machine at the end of the shift.
• To not sticking barcodes on bags unnecessarily
• To take the mold waste from the machines to the Recycling department by means of a Shredder car.
• To ensure that production continues without stopping by installing the rolls in accordance with the production program determined for each roll brought behind the thermoformer, and at the same time to ensure that the installed rolls are taken to the recycling unit by cutting out the inappropriate parts.
• To keep the machine areas clean.
• To ensure that the equipment they use is well-maintained and clean.
• To detect the malfunctions and deficiencies of the equipment they use and to inform his superior.
• When 3/4 of the rolls attached to the machine have been used, to attach the second roll to the machine to prevent the rolls from rubbing and gain static electricity against each other.
• To exchange information about the installed rolls, the course of production by meeting with the roll staff of the previous shift
• Lifting the rolls by taking power from the knees, in a way that does not give weight to the waist, in accordance with the rule.
• To install the correct roll to the thermoformer by communicating with the roll responsible staff.
• Working in coordination with the extrusion department, to make the entries of the rolls entering the warehouse.
• By working in coordination with the Roll Responsible Staff, sending the outputs of the rolls to be used in the production program to the thermoforming department.
• To check the order and cleanliness of the Roll Warehouse.
• To act in such a way that the roll will not be damaged when lowering heavy rolls over the pallet
