Responsibilities
- Maintain and track company IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper lifecycle management.
- Set up and configure accounts, devices, and access permissions for new hires to ensure a seamless start.
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in maintaining office IT infrastructure, ensuring security, updates, and efficiency.
- Keep records of IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and asset allocations for smooth operations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support IT projects and business objectives.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT support, system administration, or related role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Office 365, and cloud-based tools.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Experience with device management tools (MDM, JAMF, SCCM, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist non-technical users.
- Strong asset management and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, endpoint security, and compliance requirements.
