Responsibilities
- Owns the integration process for new and current partners; coordinating with tech, operations, and account managers to ensure integrations are set up correctly, on time, and functioning properly from day one.
- Verify all campaign tracking, routing, and targeting to ensure campaigns run as intended.
- Manage the campaign compliance process, ensuring adherence to client, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to support internal decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal media teams and affiliate managers to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and alignment with client KPIs.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to minimize operational errors.
- Resolve accounts payable or billing issues with client accounting teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or campaign optimization (lead generation experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Experience collaborating across operations, marketing, and technology teams to drive business growth.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated track record of improving systems, processes, or workflows.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Copper) and campaign management tools.
