Responsibilities
Governance, Improvements & Issue Resolution
• Supports day-to-day purchasing process, including review of
all requests.
• Captures feedback from key stakeholders; identifies potential
process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical
specifications.
• Supports the deployment of improvements into our operational practices and
application.
• Assists in the execution of testing by the business to meet
sign off.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis & reporting on process
performance.
Meetings & Projects
• Help coordinate, schedule and prepare for team meetings and
cross-functional meetings.
• Provide analysis and support to project teams.
• Participate in functional discussion and initiatives across
departments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related
field.
• At least 1-2 year's professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient information seeking and problem-solving skills
while driving for results.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail.
