Project Management Intern
Be part of building something extraordinary
HSP US is rapidly scaling its high‑voltage bushing manufacturing operations, and we’re looking for a Project Management Intern to support small‑scale facility, equipment, and tooling projects. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on exposure to project coordination inside a real manufacturing environment and is eager to learn how facility, safety, and equipment projects come together on the factory floor.
You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Facilities to support projects that improve safety, efficiency, and plant performance.
This is a rare opportunity to join a once‑in‑a‑generation startup environment, where your work helps shape the future of high‑voltage technology.
What You Can Expect from HSP!
Growth Opportunity: Work alongside senior engineers on mechanical design, testing, and process improvement projects that directly support U.S. manufacturing operations.
Innovation in Action: Contribute to engineering solutions, CAD modeling, prototype development, and continuous improvement initiatives in a modern, rapidly evolving production environment.
Real Impact: Your work will influence product reliability, manufacturability, and quality, helping build the foundation of our U.S. engineering function.
