As we scale, we are looking for a highly skilled, insights‑driven Power BI Analyst to transform raw manufacturing, operational, and business data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives decision‑making across the site.

What We Are Looking For!-
Design,
build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across MES, ERP, WMS
- Develop
production-grade data models supporting traceability, OEE, and core
manufacturing KPIs
- Establish
data governance, data quality rules, and automated validation checks
Implement
integrations with factory systems, IoT devices, and sensor data - Own
and maintain data warehouse, including schema design, storage
optimization, access control, and platform health
- Maintain
data documentation including data dictionaries, pipeline documentation,
and data lineage to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and
accessible
- Own
data security and access management practices, ensuring appropriate
controls across systems, pipelines, and reporting layers
- Monitor
pipeline health and lead incident response when data flows are disrupted,
ensuring fast resolution and root cause documentation
- Automate
recurring reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort
- Enable
predictive maintenance, real‑time monitoring, and anomaly detection
- Partner
with IT team to ensure reliable data flow from equipment to cloud systems
- Explore
and apply AI/ML techniques to manufacturing data, including demand
forecasting, quality prediction, and process optimization
- Understand
the why behind the data, connecting pipeline outputs and dashboard metrics
to real business decisions.
- Translate
between technical and non‑technical stakeholders; able to contribute
effectively to both operations meetings and finance reviews.
- Demonstrate
familiarity with core business functions, including manufacturing
economics, cost of poor quality, inventory and working capital, supply
chain tradeoffs, and how factory performance impacts the P&L.
- Build
operational dashboards and executive reports (Power BI/Tableau)

What You Will Bring!-
3 years in BI, data analysis, or data engineering roles
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are being built from scratch
- Experience with manufacturing data, production environments, or OT systems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with MES/ERP/WMS/EPS systems
- Experience with scripting (Python preferred)
- SAP experience (ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP manufacturing modules)
- Exposure to IoT, PLC data, or industrial data sources
