As an HR Intern, you’ll
support daily human resources operations and gain hands‑on experience across
the full HR lifecycle inside a fast‑scaling manufacturing startup. Reporting
directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll help build HR processes,
support recruiting, and contribute to a positive employee experience as HSP US
continues its U.S. expansion.
This is a rare

What We Are Looking For!
Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support new‑hire onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage personnel files and confidential employee records.
Assist in updating and refining employee handbook content, HR procedures, and policy documentation.
Help build and maintain HR reporting dashboards and workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, and training compliance.
Support training coordination, track completions, and prepare training materials.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as events, surveys, and internal communications.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for HR metrics and leadership updates.
Provide general administrative support to HR and Operations in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
What You Will Bring!
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data organization).
Proficiency with Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
